The exhibition and conference are held with a frequency of 2 years under the auspices of the Prime Minister of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Jaber Mubaraak al-Hamad al-Sabah. The first KOGS 2013 exhibition attracted the attention of 3420 visitors, who met with 186 exhibitors from 24 countries, occupying 10,600 square meters. square meters, including as part of 4 national expositions. The business program included 144 technical and poster presentations from 37 companies from 19 countries, 4 panel sessions of the conference were held.

An extensive 3-day exposition of onshore and offshore, oil, gas and petrochemical industries will present the latest technologies and services for exploration and production, petrochemicals and oil and gas processing. The exhibition will host a scientific and technical conference, seminars, presentations on Middle Eastern problems with the participation of leading international experts, speakers and dignitaries.

The multidisciplinary conference program focuses on the scientific and engineering factors facing those who work in Kuwait and the neutral zone (in conjunction with Saudi Arabia). The conference agenda is coordinated by the Society of Petroleum Engineers in collaboration with the Committee of the largest NOCs and representatives of the IOC, major operators and academia operating in the region.

Theme of the conference: “The future of hydrocarbon resources; innovation, technology and opportunity. ”

In 2015, the conference program committee selected 252 papers and will be presented during the 27 sessions of the conference, which is expected to attract more than 3,500 regional and international delegates.

For the exhibition and conference KOGS 2015 in the exhibition center Kuwait International Fair allocated 14,000 square meters. m. 212 companies and 5352 professional visitors participated.
